Project Description:The swimming pool at Hotel Four Seasons Fairways in Vilamoura was experiencing water loss and damaged tiles. Upon receiving a request from the Four Seasons team, we responded promptly and arranged a site visit to assess the situation. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and provided detailed solutions and recommendations.

The total area of the pool is 450 m². The scope of work included:

• Complete removal of all existing tiles and old adhesive.

• Installation of new waterproofing for the pool.

• Replacement of all pool piping.

• Installation of new pool accessories, including skimmers, jets, and lights.

• Removal of the large stones surrounding the pool.

• Installation of new tiles with epoxy grouting for a durable and high-quality finish.

Project Execution:We successfully removed all the old tiles and adhesive, applied a new layer of waterproofing, and installed new tiles with epoxy grouting to ensure long-lasting durability. All pool accessories were replaced with modern fittings, and the surrounding large stones were removed to enhance both safety and aesthetics.

This comprehensive refurbishment ensures that the pool is fully restored to optimal functionality, with improved infrastructure, long-lasting finishes, and a modernized appearance.
